How do I log in if I don’t know my password?

– Click on the Reset Password link under the Members tab in the navigation menu. Enter your email address on file and click the button (Forgot Password). An email will be sent to you that will help you to change your password so you can log in.

How do I change the email address I use to log in with?

  1. Log in to your account – If logged in, click View Profile under the Members menu link
  2. Click on Edit Profile (Located at the top of the profile, under your company name)
  3. Scroll down to Firm Email* and replace the email address with your new one
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update Profile button

Why does the website say “This profile is pending approval”?

– Approval is the final step in applying for membership. Upon review by IDA administration, and payment verification, your profile will be approved and you can use the full Members section.

How do I search for specific information like John Deere, or North American Sales?

– Use the Industry Information Custom Search by clicking on the link above the regular Members Search (at the top of the Members List page), and select the specific parameters and click Search.

How do I logout?

– Go to View Profile and click the Logout button at the top of your profile.
